composition photos

This is my second attempt at showing different compositions, these are a more improved quality than my lat ones as these are more info focu for the majority of them and some of them contain different features such as closed framing and i have experimented with the lighting with shadow and such behind the models to add clarity on the model.
I have also added pairs on this to show how much of an impact two model have when sharing the same frame and how they can look when wearing vastly different styles of clothing also how they different they look when a low angle i used (the low angle is synonymous with being the most unflattering angle).
I have done some extreme long shots and some close-ups and i have played with the eyelines slightly to see the different effects.

slow shutter speed photos

These are my examples of what it looks like when you use a slow shutter speed, as you can see by my examples if used in dark spaces it makes any of the lights featured trail which can be used to create images in the air.

composition photos

These are my examples of photo composition, i have shown many different variations on it so some of my photos are taken from a distance or very close up, i also have my main focus objective in different positions on the camera. the eye line has changed on each one to show the effect of it and i have tilted the camera on some of my images to show how it affects what the image looks like.

evaluation

Induction evaluation:

I have already learnt some skills that are extremely helpful no matter how basic; I now know how to use manual focus on the camera instead of using the automatic function. I also learned how to best hold the camera, the best way to hold it is by having the strap around your neck and while taking a photo to stand in the ‘T-stance’. The way you make this stance is by putting your strongest foot in front of the other and resting the majority of your weight onto it while keeping steady with the back one
But in terms of Photoshop skills I have learned how to add text and add effects onto the text such as stroke, which gives the letters a coloured outlining which can make it look more aesthetically pleasing or just to make it stand out more than the background so it is readable.
The way you do this is by creating some text that is done by pressing the ‘T’ icon that is on the left toolbar this will let you select where you want to place the text. After typing and placing where you want the text to be you click away from it and go into the bottom right and click the little ‘fx’ button this will let you edit the text in any way you want.
The last thing that I did was that i went onto Google and searched up ‘Barcode’ and went onto Google images, after that I saved it and went onto Photoshop and opened a new window and opened up the picture and dragged it onto my magazine cover, I then held down ‘cmd’ + ‘T’ and held down shift so that I could resize it.

Magazine's front cover

This is my first attempt that i had done of a magazine front cover, i did this so later on when i have done my final product i can see how much i have improved and help to show what skills i had originally and what i have improved on.
The photo that i have took is placed centrally with the text either side of my model, my text is scattered throughout the cover so that it doesn't look too dull and looks quite packed which would give off the effect that it has a lot of content. I have used a variety of colours to attract the viewer so that it would be catch the eye of someone walking past it, the eye line of my model is centred on the middle line, this shows that the subject is friendly and creates an inviting feel to it.
If i was to change anything of this i would change the location of the button that i used as i think that it is in the way of the centre of my photo and i ruining the aesthetic appeal of it.
